| 目的 分析卵巢癌术后化疗患者出院指导质量和出院准备度的现状并探讨两者的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取2018年1月至2018年6月于成都市某三级甲等医院妇科化疗病房接受卵巢癌术后化疗的患者146例，运用一般资料调查表、出院指导质量量表和出院准备度量表进行调查, 并分析出院指导质量与出院准备度间的相关性。结果 146名卵巢癌术后化疗患者的出院指导质量总分为 142.33±29.15分, 条目均分为7.91±2.25分；出院准备度总分为158.47±25.88分, 条目均分为6.82±2.75分，各维度得分从高到低依次为：出院后应对能力、可获得的社会支持、疾病知识、自身状况。出院指导质量与出院准备度呈正相关 (r=0.605, P<0.01)。结论 卵巢癌术后化疗患者出院指导质量和出院准备度均处于中等水平, 两者呈正相关关系。医务人员需加强对卵巢癌术后化疗患者各方面的出院指导, 丰富出院指导内容，掌握出院指导技巧，给予针对性的护理措施, 以更好地提高患者的出院准备度，从而降低其并发症的发生率和再入院率。 |

| Study on the Relationship between the Quality of Discharge Education and Readiness for Hospital Discharge in Patients with Post-operative Chemotherapy for Ovarian Cancer |

| Objective To explore the current situation of the readiness for hospital discharge and the quality of discharge education in patients with post-operative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer, and analyze their relationship. Methods 146 patients were investigated before discharge in one Class III Grade I hospital in Chengdu by general information questionnaire, quality of discharge education scale and readiness for hospital discharge scale. Results The total score of the quality of discharge education of 146 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer was 142.33±29.15, the average score was 7.91±2.25. The total score of the readiness for hospital discharge was 158.47±25.88, the average score was 6.82±2.75, the scores of subscales in descending order were: coping ability, expected support, knowledge and personal status. There was positive correlation between the quality of discharge education and the readiness for hospital discharge in patients with post-operative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer (r=0.605, P<0.01). Conclusion The discharge readiness and discharge education quality of patients with ovarian cancer after chemotherapy were both moderate, and they were positively correlated. Medical staff need to strengthen the discharge education for all aspects of postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer patients, enrich the discharge education content, master the discharge education skills and provide specific measures to better improve the readiness for hospital discharge, reduce the incidence of complications and readmission rate in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. |
