| 目的 分析健康体检人群缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)的检出情况及影响因素,为预防ICVD提供科学依据。方法 选取1567例接受了磁共振血管成像(MRA)检查的健康体检人群为研究对象；收集身高、体重、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖等指标,采用 Logistic 回归分析,探讨ICVD检出的影响因素。结果 ICVD检出率为41.1%,其中男性检出率为38.7%,女性检出率为45.1%,女性检出率高于男性；Logistic回归分析发现年龄、体质指数、舒张压是男性ICVD检出的危险因素,年龄、舒张压是女性ICVD检出的危险因素。结论 缺血性脑血管病与多种因素有关,尤其与年龄、体质指数、血压关系密切,本研究结果发现的高风险因素为用于筛查高风险人群,并提供针对性的指导,以做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,从而降低患病率。 |

| Detection Rates and Influencing Factors of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease in Healthy People |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the detection rates and influencing factors of ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD) in healthy people,and to provide of scientific basis for ICVD prevention.Methods 1567 cases in healthy people,who have received Magnetic resonance angiography(MRA),Physical examination related indicators including height,weight,waist circumference,blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar were detected.Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to discuss the influencing factors of ICVD.Results The detection rate of ICVD was 41.1%,among which male were 38.7%,and female were 45.1%,The female’s was higher than that of male’s. Results of multifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that age, body mass index and diastolic blood pressure were the risk factors for male while age and diastolic blood pressure are for female to detect ICVD. Conclusion Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is related to a variety of factors, especially age, body mass index and blood pressure.The high risk factors found in this study are used to screen risk groups and provide targeted guidance for early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment,thereby reducing the perevalence. |
