| 目的 研究氟比洛芬酯减轻欧普乐喉罩引发患者术后咽喉部不适的有效性。方法 120例ASA Ⅰ或Ⅱ级,择期全麻下行乳腺癌手术的成年患者随机分为对照组(Ⅰ组)和试验组(Ⅱ组),每组60例。 Ⅰ组麻醉诱导前30min静脉注射5ml中/长链脂肪乳,Ⅱ组麻醉诱导前30min静脉注射5ml(50mg)氟比洛芬酯。记录两组患者欧普乐喉罩的放置次数、放置时间、拔出喉罩表面是否有血迹、术后咽喉部不适的发生率及不适程度。结果 Ⅱ组患者咽喉部不适发生率(33.3%)低于Ⅰ组患者(45%)(P<0.05),且Ⅱ组患者咽喉部不适的VAS评分低于Ⅰ组患者(P<0.05)。结论 麻醉诱导前30min静脉注射氟比洛芬酯可降低欧普乐喉罩引发患者术后咽喉部不适的发生率,且能减轻咽喉部不适的程度。 |

| Flurbiprofen axetil reduce the postoperative laryngopharynx discomfort caused by OPLAC in patients undergoing radical mastectomy：A randomized controlled clinical study |

| Objective To investigate the efficacy of intravenous injection flurbiprofen axetil 30 minutes before anesthesia induction for prevent the postoperative laryngopharynx discomfort caused by Oro-Pharyngo-Laryngeal Airway Cap (OPLAC ) for patients undergoing radical mastectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing radical mastectomy were randomly allocated into two equal groups. Control group (Group Ⅰ): 5 ml medium and long chain triglyceride was intravenous injected 30 minutes before anesthesia induction; Intervention group (Group Ⅱ): 5ml (50mg) flurbiprofen axetil was given as the same way. In both groups, the insertion time and attempts of the OPLAC, incidence of blood stains after removal of the OPLAC, postoperative laryngopharynx discomfort and other complications such as dysphagia, hoarseness or voice changes were recorded. Results Postoperative laryngopharynx discomfort was significantly lower in Group Ⅱ (P<0.05). The VAS was also significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ (P<0.05). There were no differences between the two groups in the incidence of intubation attempts, insertion time, incidence of blood stains after removal of the OPLAC (P＞0.05). Conclusions Patients undergoing elective surgeries under radical mastectomy with OPLAC, Intravenous injection of 50mg flurbiprofen axetil 30 minutes before anesthesia induction can prevent the postoperative laryngopharynx discomfort. |
