目的 描述脑膜瘤体视学特征,分析MRI影像上侵袭性脑膜瘤与非侵袭性脑膜瘤体视学参数是否存在差异。 方法 在2012年07月至2017年05月于我院MRI增强扫描诊断脑膜瘤的患者影像中,以随机等距抽样的方法抽出126例患者影像,统计分析脑膜瘤患者性别、年龄及肿瘤部位分布;选择其中符合纳入标准的37例磁共振增强扫描影像,其中侵袭性24例(男:女=9:15),非侵袭性13例(男:女=2:11),采用体视学方法测定瘤体体积V(cm3)、全脑体积V(cm3),求得瘤体体积分数(%)。结果 侵袭性脑膜瘤体积介于3.210-78.630cm3,平均体积为 26.2002cm3,平均体积分数为2.246%; 非侵袭性脑膜瘤体积介于1.206-20.336cm3,平均体积为8.3638cm3,平均体积分数为0.732%;侵袭性与非侵袭性脑膜瘤患者瘤体体积与体积分数差异均有统计学意义。结论 侵袭性与非侵袭性脑膜瘤瘤体体积、体积分数均存在显著差异,可以认为侵袭性脑膜瘤瘤体体积及体积分数均大于非侵袭性脑膜瘤;瘤体体积可作为临床医师判断脑膜瘤是否具有侵袭性的依据之一。 |

Analysis of the stereoscopic features of meningioma invasion. |

Abstract: |
objective To describe the visual characteristics of the meningioma and analyze the difference of the visual parameters between invasive meningiomas and non-invasive meningiomas in MRI images. Methods During the 2012-07 to 2017-05 years in our hospital MRI enhancement scanning in the diagnosis of meningioma in the images of the patients, with the method of sampling random isometric out images of 126 patients, statistical analysis gender、age and stereology features of meningioma. Among them, 37 MRI enhanced scanning images were selected to meet the inclusion criteria, of which 24 cases were invasive (male: female =9:15) and non-invasive 13 (male: female =2:11). The volume V (cm3) and total brain volume V (cm3) were measured by stereological method, and the total brain volume ratio (%) was obtained. Results The invasive meningeal tumor volume was between 3.210-78.630cm3, with an average volume of 26.2002cm3.The average volume fraction was 2.246%.Non-invasive meningeal tumor volume was between 1.206-20.336cm3, with an average volume of 8.3638cm3 , The average volume fraction was 0.732%. Conclusions Invasive and non-invasive meningiomas have significant differences in stereological features. It can be considered that the tumor volume and volume fraction of invasive meningioma are larger than the corresponding indicators of non-invasive meningioma. Tumor volume can be used as one of the bases for clinicians to judge whether meningioma is invasive or not. |
