目的 探讨凝血酶肽(TP508)复合人工骨对兔桡骨大段骨缺损的修复效果。方法 随机选取新西兰大白兔42只,建立双侧桡骨1.5cm骨-骨膜缺损模型。随机
选取其中36只,将右侧作为实验侧,骨缺损处植入羟基磷灰石人工骨材料并注入TP508;左侧为对照组,仅植入上述人工骨材料;剩余6只作为空白对照组,骨缺损处不
植入任何物质。术后4周、8周、12周分批处死实验动物,对实验段桡骨进行X线及组织学分析。结果 术后4周、8周、12周实验组X线评分、组织学评分及骨缺损区
新生骨组织面积百分比均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05);术后12周空白对照组骨缺损区无骨连接形成,X线评分及组织学评分明显低于同期实验组及对照组(P均
<0.05)。结论 TP508在骨缺损修复过程中具有促进愈合作用,复合人工骨植骨对兔桡骨大段骨缺损的修复效果良好。 |

Study on Repairing Radial Bone Defect in Rabbit by Thrombin Combined with Artificial Bone |

Objective To discuss the effect of thrombin( TP508) combined with artificial bone on repairing radial bone defect in rabbit.Methods Randomly choosing 42 New Zealand white rabbit,establish a bilateral radius 1. 5 cm bone-periosteal defect model.Randomly choosing 36 rabbit implant hydroxyapatite artificial bone and inject TP508 into the bone defect on the right side,while on the left control group,only implant the artificial bone into the bone defect.The residual 6 rabbit is the blank group,implanted nothing into the defect bone.Specimens procured at 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation and the X-ray and morphological analysis on the radius of the test section were performed.Results At 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation,the X-ray score,the histological score and the percentage of new bone tissue area in bone defect area in the experimental group were all higher than the control group( P<0. 05),and at 12 weeks after operation,no new synostosis in the bone defect in the blank group,the X-ray score and the histological score were both significantly lower than the experiment an control group( P<0. 05).Conclusion TP508 promotes healing in the repair of the bone defect,and implanting composite artificial bone to rabbit radial bone defect has great healing effect |
