| 报道 1 例毛母质瘤。患者女，52岁，头皮包块1+年。左侧发际线处可见一大小约1cm×3cm的粉红色包块，境界清楚，质韧偏硬，表面部分破溃，可见少许淡黄色痂壳，基底活动度佳。病理检查示：真皮中下部由嗜碱性细胞、过渡细胞和影细胞构成边界清楚的肿瘤团块，诊断毛母质瘤。予以手术切除，随访1年未复发。 |

| Abstract: |
| A case of Pilomatricoma. The patient who was 52 years old, female, has suffered one mass on scalp for more than one year. A pink mass , the size of which is about 1cm×3cm can be seen at the hairline. Besides, its boundary is not only clear but also the quality is tough and hard. its surface is partially broken, and its basal activity is good. Pathological examination showed that in the middle of the dermis or deeper there was a clear boundary mass which was composed of basophilic cells, transitional cells and shadow cells, which was diagnosed as pilomatricoma. It was cut off by surgical operation. There was no recurrence after one year observation. |
