| 摘要: |
| 目的观察氨甲环酸联合圣愈汤治疗黄褐斑(chloasma)的临床疗效。方法将黄褐斑患者336例随机分成两组,试验组A组(n=168)口服氨甲环酸和圣愈汤,对照组B组(n=168)口服氨甲环酸0.25,2次/d。疗程均为3个月,比较两组的临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率64.2%,对照组总有效率35.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用氨甲环酸联合圣愈汤治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,明显优于氨甲环酸组。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ammoniacal acid with shengyu decoction for the treatment of chloasma.Methods 336 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into two groups.Group A( n = 168) orally took ammoniacal acid and shengyu decoction,while group B( n = 168),as the control group,orally took ammoniacal acid 0. 25 bid.
