| 目的分析延续性护理对鼻咽癌放疗患者NRS2002评分、患者依从性及疗效影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年6月收治的鼻咽癌患者89例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用我院常规护理,观察组患者采用延续性护理。观察两组患者干预后NRS2002评分、健康知识知晓情况、依从性、生活质量变化情况。结果两组患者放疗结束后NRS2002评分≥3分的患者例数均较放疗前增多,对照组患者≥3分患者例数多于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院3个月和6个月后依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院6个月后饮食护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理及功能训练的健康知识知晓情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后生理健康状况、社会家庭健康状况、情绪稳定状况及功能健全状况评分均较干预前改善,观察组患者干预后生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌放疗患者采用延续性护理,可提高患者健康知识知晓率和依从性,降低患者营养风险率,改善患者生活质量。 |

| Objective To analyze the influence of continuity nursing on NRS2002 score,compliance and curative effect of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Methods 89 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients received in our hospital during January 2016 to June 2017 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods.Patients in control group were adopted conventional nursing and patients in observation group were adopted continuity nursing.The NRS2002 scores,awareness rate of health knowledge,compliance and change of living quality of patients in the two groups after intervention were observed. Results The cases of NRS2002 score ≥ 3 in the two groups both increased after radiotherapy,compared with those before radiotherapy and the cases in control group was more than observation group,the difference being statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Compliance of patients in observation group was higher than control group,both 3 months and 6 months after hospital discharge,the difference being statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The awareness rate of health knowledge,such as diet nursing,oral care,skin care and functional training,6 months after hospital discharge in observation group was superior to control group,the difference being statistically significant( P< 0. 05). The physiological health status,social and family health status,emotional stability and functional status of patients in the two groups after intervention were better than those before intervention,and the living quality scores after intervention of patients in observation group was better than that of control group,the difference being statistically significant( P<0. 05).Conclusion Continuity nursing for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy can improve the health knowledge awareness rate and compliance,reduce the nutritional risk rate,and improve living quality of patients |
