| 摘要: |
| 目的运用CBCT成像检查对上颌埋伏阻生前牙治疗前后的牙根牙周情况进行分析。方法选取2015年3月至2016年9月期间接受矫治的32颗上颌埋伏阻生前牙患者,测量其治疗前后的牙根长度及牙槽骨厚度、丢失的高度。结果上颌埋伏阻生前牙治疗前后牙齿总长度有减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),牙槽骨厚度和舌侧丢失高度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论埋伏牙矫治过程中在控制牙周质量的同时,应运用细丝、轻力避免牙根的吸收,保证牵引后牙齿的整体质量。 |

| Objective Use CBCT imaging to analyze the root and periodontal condition of ambushed upper anterior incisor before and after treatment.Methods 32 ambushed upper anterior incisors treated during March 2015 and September 2016 were selected to measure the root length,bone thickness and lost height before and after treatment.Results The total length of teeth was decreased after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05),the thickness and height of the alveolar bone have no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion In order to ensure the overal quality of the teeth after traction,it is necessary to use filaments and light force to avoid the absorption of teeth root. 更多 |
