| 目的研究表皮生长因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)对胎鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞(TypeⅡalveolar epithelial cells,AECⅡ)生长、细胞周期的影响。方法原代培养胎鼠AECⅡ,将培养细胞分为对照组及EGF干预组,各组再根据培养时间点分为0、2、4、6、8d 5个亚组,绘制AECⅡ生长曲线并检测细胞周期。结果 EGF干预组细胞生长增殖速度较对照组快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),EGF可减少G1期细胞比例,增加S期细胞比例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EGF可有效促进AECⅡ分裂增殖。 |

| Objective To study the effects of epidermal growth factor( EGF) on the growth and cell cycle of type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells( AECⅡ) in fetal rat.Methods Primary cultured AECⅡof mice were divided into control group and EGF intervention group and each group was divided into 5 subgroups of 0,2,4,6 and 8 days according to the culture time points.The growth curve of AECⅡ was drawn and the cell cycle was tested.Results The proliferation rate of EGF group was significantly higher than that of control group( P<0. 05).EGF decreased the proportion of cells in G1 phase and increased the proportion of cells in S phase( P<0. 05).Conclusion EGF can effectively promote the division and proliferation of AEC Ⅱ. |
