| 目的观察宫颈癌患者CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白表达情况,并分析与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取2015年2月至2017年4月在我院接受治疗的宫颈癌患者为研究对象,同时选取在我院体检的健康女性作为对照。观察两组CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白表达率,比较不同临床病理特征宫颈癌患者CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白阳性表达的差异,分析影响宫颈癌患者CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白阳性表达的因素。结果宫颈癌组患者的CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白阳性表达分别为58.0%和62.0%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期为Ⅲ期、组织学分级为中、低分化、有浸润、有淋巴结转移者CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白阳性表达率较高,而不同年龄患者的CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);将宫颈癌患者CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白阳性表达作为因变量,以患者的年龄、临床分期、分化程度、浸润、淋巴结转移情况等作为自变量,进行多因素Logistic回归分析。统计分析可得,分化程度、浸润情况是影响宫颈癌患者CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白阳性表达的因素,其OR值分别为5.693、6.034、5.563、5.925。结论宫颈癌患者的CIP2A、c-Myc蛋白阳性表达率较高,且与患者的分化程度和浸润情况密切相关。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of CIP2A and c-Myc in patients with cervical cancer and to analyze the correlation with the clinicopathological features.Methods Cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to April 2017 were selected as study subjects,and healthy women who hadphysical examination in our hospital were selected as controls.The expression rates of CIP2A and c-Myc protein in cervical cancer patients were compared between the two groups. The difference of positive expression of CIP2A and c-Myc in cervical cancer patients with different clinicopathological features was compared andfactors affecting the expression of CIP2A and c-Myc protein in cervical cancer patients were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of CIP2A and c-Myc protein in cervical cancer patients were 58. 0% and 62. 0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group( P<0. 05).The patients with clinical stage-Ⅲ grading,moderate and poor differentiated histological grading,infiltration and lymph node metastasis hada higherpositive expression rate of CIP2A and c-Myc protein. There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of CIP2A and c-Myc between different age groups( P>0. 05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed using the positive expression of CIP2A and c-Myc in patients with cervical cancer as the dependent variable and the patient’s age,clinical stage,degree of differentiation,infiltration and lymph node metastasis as independent variables.Statistical analysis showed that the degree of differentiation and infiltrationcondition were the factors affecting the positive expression of CIP2A and c-Myc in cervical cancer patients,the OR values were 5. 693、6. 034、5. 563 and 5. 925,respectively.Conclusion The positive expression rates of CIP2A and c-Myc protein in patients with cervical cancer are high,which are closely related to the degree of differentiation and infiltration condition of patients. |
