| 目的评价超声检查在二羟焦磷酸钙盐沉积症中的诊断价值,为超声在该病中的应用提供循证医学证据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase和Cochrane Library等主要英文数据库。检索时间为建库至2016年9月,同时手工二次检索纳入文献的参考文献。按纳入及排除标准由2位医师独立进行文献筛选,提取文献相关资料及数据。纳入文献质量采用QUADAS-2标准进行评价,数据分析主要采用Stata 12.0进行。结果满足纳入排除标准后共13篇文献纳入分析。针对不同关节,超声诊断二羟焦磷酸钙盐沉积症的敏感性为0.36~0.79,特异性为0.90~1.00;针对不同的病理金标准,超声诊断二羟焦磷酸钙盐沉积症的敏感性为0.38~0.81,特异性为0.86~0.99。结论超声检查在二羟焦磷酸钙盐沉积症中有一定的运用价值,特别是其诊断特异性较高,但如何提高超声检查的诊断敏感性仍需进一步探索。 |

| Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in calcium phosphate dehydrate crystal deposition disease and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the application of ultrasonography in this disease. Methods Retrieved major English databases from their establishment time to September 2016 through the computer such as PubMed,Embase and the Cochrane Library,and the manual second retrieval were included in the literature reference. Two physicians independently screened the literature and extracted the relevant data based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The literature quality was evaluated by QUADAS-2 Standard,and the data analysis was mainly Stata 12. 0.Results 13 literatures met the inclusion exclusion criteria and were included in the analysis. For different joints,the sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis of calcium phosphate dehydrate crystal deposition disease was 0. 36 ~ 0. 79,and the specificity was 0. 90 ~ 1. 00.For different pathological golden standard,the sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis of calcium phosphate dehydrate crystal deposition disease deposits was 0. 38-0. 81,and the specificity was 0. 86 ~ 0. 99.Conclusion Ultrasonography has certain application value in calcium phosphate deposition disease,especially its high specific diagnosis,but how to improve the diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasonography still needs further exploration. |
