| 目的探讨赛乐特联合生物反馈治疗伴有焦虑抑郁的功能性便秘的疗效和安全性。方法选择50例功能性便秘伴有焦虑抑郁患者,随机均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组25例,予赛乐特20mg/次,1次/d;生物反馈,2次/周;对照组25例,予赛乐特20mg/次,1次/d,疗程4周。比较两组治疗前后便秘症状评分、两组SDS、SAS评分和不良反应。结果治疗后两组的各项便秘症状、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较治疗前明显改善,且联合治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赛乐特联合生物反馈为治疗伴有焦虑抑郁的功能性便秘安全、有效的药物。 |

| Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of seroxat combined biofeedback in the treatment of functional constipation with anxiety and depression.Methods Fifty patients with functional constipation accompanied by anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.25 cases in treatment group were given seroxat 20 mg,qd and biofeedback,biw; 25 cases in control group were given seroxat 20 mg,qd for 4 weeks.Results After treatment,the symptoms of constipation,self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and self-rating depression scale( SDS) scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment.The combination therapy group was superior to the control group and the differences were statistically Significance( P<0. 05).Conclusion Seroxat combined biofeedback is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of functional constipation with anxiety and depression. |
