| 目的了解社区慢性肾脏病患者自我管理行为现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样方法,于2015年12月至2016年4月在成都市武侯区的三个卫生服务中心选择慢性肾脏病患者,应用慢性肾脏病患者自我管理行为量表(CKD self-management Instrument,CKD-SM)对其自我管理行为实施调查。结果 116例慢性肾脏病患者完成调查。患者自我管理总均分为(2.63±0.58)分(满分4分),其中自我调节维度(2.87±0.76)分,解决问题维度(2.49±0.82)分,寻求社会支持维度(2.21±0.87)分,遵医行为维度(2.83±0.94)分。多元线性回归分析显示,患者是否曾接受过慢性肾脏病健康教育(β=-0.278,P<0.001)对自我管理行为有影响。结论社区慢性肾脏病患者的自我管理能力亟待提高,加强对患者的健康教育可以有效改善自我管理行为。 |

| Objective To determine the self-management behaviors of chronic kidney disease patients in communities and to explore its associated factors. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted from December 2015 to April 2016 in three communities and CKD self-management instrument was used to investigated the chronic kidney disease patients.Results A total of116 patients with chronic kidney disease were investigated. The average score of self-management was( 2. 63 ± 0. 58)( out of 4 points).While the self-integration score was( 2. 87± 0. 76),problem-solving score was( 2. 49± 0. 82),seeking social support score was( 2. 21±0. 87) and adherence score was( 2. 83±0. 94).The multivariate linear regression model showed health education for chronic kidney disease( β =-0. 278,P < 0. 001) was associated with self-management behavior. Conclusion The self-management ability of patients with chronic kidney disease need to be improved immediately. Strengthening health education can improve self-management behavior effectively |
