| 目的分析在冠脉临界病变中SYNTAX评分与血流储备分数(fractional flow reserve,FFR)有无相关性。方法105例冠脉造影检查提示处于临界病变的患者,按SYNTAX评分根据病变血管数目的不同,分为一支血管病变组A组23例、两支血管病变组B组32例和三支血管病变组C组50例;再根据FFR检测结果,把每一组分为≤0.75(1)组、>0.75且≤0.8(2)组和>0.80(3)组三个亚组。采用EXCEL和SPSS20.0处理软件分析相关性。结果 A组中两个亚组之间无相关性。B组和C组中两个亚组之间的P<0.001,具有统计学意义。结论 SYNTAX评分在某些冠脉临界病变中,与FFR检测有一定相关性,可作为FFR检测的部分替代工具。 |

| Objective To analyze the correlation between SYNTAX score and fractional flow reserve( FFR) in coronary critical lesion.Methods According to the number of diseased vessels by SYNTAX score,105 cases of patients with critical lesion revealed by coronary angiography were divided into three groups: group A of one diseased vessel( n = 23),group B of two diseased vessels( n = 32),and group C of three diseased vessels( n = 50); According to the results of FFR test,each group was divided into three subgroups: group(1)≤0. 75,group(2)> 0. 75 and ≤0. 82 and group(3)> 0. 80.EXCEL and SPSS20. 0 were used to analyze the correlation.Results There was no correlation between the two subgroups in group A. The P values between the two subgroups in group B and group C were all < 0. 001,which was statistically significant. Conclusion SYNTAX score is correlated with FFR in some critical lesions of coronary artery and can be used as a substitute for FFR detection |
