| 目的本研究通过分析成都地区女性宫颈HPV感染情况,为宫颈癌的预防和治疗提供依据。方法分析我院2013年1月至2017年6月门诊体检的9100例健康女性的宫颈不同亚型HPV感染情况,所有研究对象均采用流式荧光-液态芯片技术检测21型HPV。结果 9100例健康女性纳入研究,HPV总感染率17.6%,其中单一感染率13.2%,二重感染3.2%,多重感染1.2%,感染率最高的五种高危型HPV亚型为HPV52、HPV16、HPV58、HPV39和HPV53。根据年龄将患者分成≤20岁、21~30岁、31~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁和>60岁,各年龄组中,≤20岁女性HPV感染率最高,为40%。结论成都地区感染率最高的五种高危型HPV亚型为HPV52,HPV16,HPV58,HPV39和HPV53,不同年龄段女性HPV的感染各有不同。 |

| Objective To provide reference for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer by analyzing HPV infection among women in Chengdu. Methods 9100 cases of healthy women who underwent health examination in outpatient department of our hospital between January 2013 and June 2017 were selected and analyzed for HPV subtype infection,and flow cytometry fluorescent——Luminex technique was adopted for the identification of 21 subtypes of HPV. Results Among the 9100 women included in the study,total HPV infection rate was 17. 6%,13. 2% with single infection,3. 2% with double infection and 1. 2%with multiple infection.The five high risk HPV subtypes with the highest infection rate were HPV52,HPV16,HPV58,HPV39 and HPV53.According to age,the patients were divided into 6 groups: ≤20,21 ~ 30,31 ~ 40,41 ~ 50,51 ~ 60 and > 60. Among these groups,women younger than 20 years old had the highest rate of HPV infection,which was 40%.Conclusion The five HPV subtypes with the highest infection rate in Chengdu were HPV52,HPV16,HPV58,HPV39 and HPV53.Women at different age groups had different HPV infection characteristics |
