| 目的探讨妊娠妇女血液中维生素A、E含量与子痫前期的相关性。方法收集2015年11月至2017年3月在我院进行治疗和分娩的子痫前期孕妇78例,根据病情分为轻度子痫前期组33例,重度子痫前期组45例,另取同期在我院进行产检及分娩的正常孕妇40例作为对照组。抽取三组研究对象血清样本,采用高效液相色谱法定量测定血清维生素A、E的浓度,采用湿化学法检测尿蛋白和肝肾功。结果重度子痫前期组孕妇血清维生素A含量高于轻度子痫前期组和对照组;维生素E含量低于轻度子痫前期组和对照组。Spearman相关分析提示子痫前期孕妇血清中维生素A、E含量异常与子痫前期存在直接相关关系。结论妊娠期维生素A、E异常是导致子痫前期的因素之一,重视孕期维生素A、E水平监测,及时合理正确补充有望成为子痫前期孕妇的辅助治疗方法。 |

| Objective To study the correlation of serum levels of vitamin A,E in pregnancy and preeclampsia.Methods A total of 78 serum samples in our hospital for treatment and delivery of preeclampsia from November 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were collected,They were divided into mild preeclampsia with a group of 33 cases and severe preeclampsia with a group of 45 cases,the other 40 cases in the same period for prenatal and normal pregnant women in childbirth as control group.Take three groups of serum samples,using high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method for quantitative determination of the concentration of serum vitamin A,E,by wet chemical method detection of urine protein,liver and kidney function.Results The serum vitamin E content of pregnant women in preeclampsia was lower than those in preeclampsia and control group. Vitamin A content than mild preeclampsia group and the control group.Spearman correlation analysis suggests preeclampsia in pregnant women serum vitamin A,E unusually direct correlation with preeclampsia.Conclusion Abnormal pregnancy vitamins A,E is one of the factors of preeclampsia,attaches great importance to the prenatal vitamins A,E level monitoring,timely correct reasonable is expected to become the auxiliary treatment of preeclampsia pregnant women |
