| 目的对雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊对老年患者的老年性阴道炎进行治疗的临床效果及安全性进行分析。方法择取2015年6月至2016年11月在我院接受雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的老年性阴道炎患者132例进行回顾分析。依据随机数字表法及对每位患者所采取治疗方式的不同将其均分为单纯乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的A组和雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的B组,对比分析不同治疗方式对老年阴道炎治疗的临床有效性及安全性的影响。结果无论效果方面,还是在治疗前后阴道PH值变化方面,行雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的B组均明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年性阴道炎患者采取雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗的有效率和安全性,值得推广。 |

| Objective To further explore the clinical efficacy and safety of estrogen combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in the treatment of senile vaginitis in elderly patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 132 elderly vaginitis patients treated with estrogen combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in the past one and a half years( 2015. 6-2016. 11) was carried out.According to the random number table method and the treatment mode of each patient,the patients were divided into group A treated by pure Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules and group B treated by estrogen combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules. The clinical efficacy and safety of different treatment modalities in the treatment of senile vaginitis were compared and analyzed.Result Regardless of the effect,or the vaginal pH changesbefore and after treatment,the combination of estrogen and Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules treatment in group B were significantly better than that in group A,P<0. 05,statistically significant. Conclusion For the elderly vaginitis patients,the combination of estrogen and Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the efficiency and safety of treatment,which deserves to be promoted. |
