| 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIE)合并心肌损害临床特征,提供进一步治疗措施。方法回顾性研究62例HIE患儿临床资料,并进行心脏功能检测、临床观察与评价。结果 62例HIE患儿中合并心肌酶谱异常47例,同时合并临床检测的心音低钝、心率及心律改变。结论 HIE患儿若出现心音、心率和心律异常,应及时检测心肌酶谱尤其是CK-MB。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical features and further treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy( HIE) combined with myocardial injury.Methods The clinical data of 62 children with HIE were retrospectively analyzed,and the cardiac function test,clinical observation and evaluation were performed.Results In the 62 cases of HIE children,47 cases were combined with abnormalities of myocardial zymogram,low and blunt heart sounds,and changes of heart rate and heart rhythm.Conclusion When the heart sounds,heart rate and heart rhythm of HIE children are abnormal,the myocardial enzymes should be tested timely,especially CK-MB. |
