| 摘要: |
| 目的定量评价延续性护理模式对我国脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法检索关于我国脑卒中患者运用延续性护理的随机对照研究,对符合纳入、排除标准的文献采用RevMan5.3.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入17篇随机对照研究;研究结果表明:干预组ADL评分,遵医行为,护理满意度高于对照组,并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论我国的延续性护理模式可改善我国脑卒中患者的日常生活能力,改善患者家属的遵医行为,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的日常生活质量。 |

| Objective To quantitatively evaluate the influence of extended care model on the quality of life of stroke patients in China.Methods Randomized controlled trials on continuous care in stroke patients in China were searched,and the Meta-analysis was carried out by using the RevMan5. 3. 1 software on which met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.Results A total of 17 randomized controlled trials were included.The results showed that the ADL score,compliance behavior,and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than thosein the control group,while the complications in the intervention group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Continuous care mode in China can improve the daily life ability of stroke patients in China,improve the compliance behavior of family members of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients |
