| 摘要: |
| 目的了解成都市老年人的养老现状。方法采用德尔菲法设计调查问卷,横断面调查法,对成都市1110名老年人进行调查。结果老年人最主要的养老方式是养老院养老(35.6%);最理想的养老方式是家庭养老;73%以上的老年人对自己目前的养老方式感到比较满意或非常满意;老年人目前最担心的问题是疾病;老年人对养老社会化服务的需求居于前四位的分别为定期体检、生病时的护理、生活照料及健康咨询。结论成都市多样化养老格局已形成;医养结合模式是未来养老产业发展的主要方向。 |

| Objective To study the current situation of the Old-age care in Chengdu.Methods Using the Delphi method questionnaire design and cross-sectional survey to investigated 1110 older people in Chengdu region.Results The Main way of Old-age care is nursing home.The most ideal way of Old-age care is home care.73% of the elderly population was satisfied or very satisfied with their current Old-age care.The major concern for elderly must be disease.The four highest social service needs of the elderly were Periodic medical examinations,nursing when elderly gets sick,living care and health counseling,respectively.Conclusion The diversified pattern of endowment service has formed in Chengdu.The future direction mode for Pension industry is the mode of medical and nursing care. |
