| 目的调查成都市不同经济背景老年人对老年护理服务需求,分析其影响因子并提出可行性对策。方法2015年5月到2016年8月期间,对我院干部医学科入院患者和院内护理工人及家属进行问卷调查结合深入访谈,收集相关资料进行统计分析。结果老龄居民年龄越大,其在两周内的患病率就越高,患慢性病的患病率就越大;女性患慢性病患病率高于男性;常见老年慢性病为高血压、糖尿病和冠心病;老龄居民对老年慢性病预防咨询需求高达89.7%。对社区护理的需求与收入水平呈显著正相关关系。结论老年社区护理服务需结合实际,根据其实际需求,建立完善的老年社区护理服务。 |

| Objective To investigate the needs of elderly nursing services in different economic backgrounds in Chengdu,to analyze the influencing factors and to put forward feasible countermeasures.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,a questionnaire survey was conducted among in-patients of cadre medical department,their families and hospital nursing workers,combined with an in-depth interview.Relative sources were collected to make a statistical analysis.Results The prevalence in the latest two weeks and the prevalence of chronic diseases of old residents increase with age.The prevalence of chronic diseases of women is higher than that of men’s.Hypertension,diabetes mellitus,and chronic heart disease are common geriatric chronic diseases.The demand for chronic disease prevention consultation among the elderly population is as high as 89.7%.There is a significant positive correlation between the demand for community care and income level.Conclusion The community nursing service in the elderly should be combined with the actual needs to set up a perfect community nursing service. |
