中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺组织中的表达及其与气流受限的关系

摘要:
目的探讨中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(neutrophil elastase,NE)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺组织中的表达及其与气流受限的关系。方法收集因肺部肿瘤行肺叶切除手术患者肺组织60例,其中非COPD患者(A组)30例,COPD者(B组)30例。患者术前均进行肺功能指标(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%)检测;采用免疫组织化学方法检测NE在肺组织中的表达。结果 B组肺组织中NE的蛋白表达较A组明显增强(P<0.05),且与肺功能指标(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%)呈负相关。结论 NE在COPD患者肺组织中的表达上调并与肺功能指标相关,NE可能参与了COPD的气道炎症过程,也是引起气流阻塞的重要因素。

Expression of Neutrophil Elastase in Lung Tissues of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and its Relationship with Airflow Limitation

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of neutrophil elastase(neutrophilelastase,NE) in lung tissues of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and its relationship with airflow limitation. Methods Pulmonary tissue was collected from 60 patients who underwent lobectomy for lung cancer,including 30 cases of COPD patients(group B),30 cases of non COPD(group A).All patients underwent preoperative pulmonary function tests(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%).Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NE in lung tissue. Results The protein expression of NE in lung tissue in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(r<0. 05),and it was negatively correlated with pulmonary function index(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%). Conclusion The expression of NE in lung tissue of patients with COPD increases and it is related to index of pulmonary function. NE may be involved in the process of airway inflammation of COPD,which is also an important factor causing airflow obstruction.
