| 目的探讨基于文化认同的"族人照护"模式对接受胸腔闭式引流的胸腔积液藏族患者实施整体护理的临床效果。方法本次研究选取确诊结核性胸膜炎并接受了胸腔闭式引流的的藏族患者70例作为研究对象,患者均是采取中心静脉导管进行胸腔闭式引流,试验组采取"族人照护"模式对藏族患者有针对性整体护理模式,对照组则沿用一般患者的常规护理方式。结果为接受胸腔闭式引流术治疗的藏族患者提供全面细致的整体护理,可以提高藏族患者依从性,减少二次置管率,减轻患者痛苦和经济负担,保障医疗护理质量安全,提升护理专业价值。结论胸腔闭式引流是当前临床对胸腔积液治疗的主要方案,也是临床留取送检标本的主要方法,而藏族患者受地域、文化、经济条件和语言限制,对治疗的配合度低,对此类患者实施"族人照护"模式的整体护理,有助于预防治疗后相关并发症的发生,保障患者的引流效果,提高患者对引流治疗的配合程度和对护理工作的满意度,有利于护患和谐,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing of Tibetan patients with pleural effusion undergoing closed thoracic drainage by means of"Tibetans care"model based on cultural identity.Methods 70 cases of Tibetans patients diagnosed with tuberculous pleurisy undergoing closed thoracic drainage by means of central venous catheter were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with holistic nursing under the guide of"Tibetans care"model while the control group was treated with regular nursing method. Results A comprehensive and meticulous holistic nursing was conducive to improve the Tibetan patientcompliance,reduce the rate of re-catheterization,relieve patients’ pain and economic burden,ensure the quality and safety of medical care and promote the value of nursing profession. Conclusion Closed thoracic drainage is currently the main remedy to pleural effusion and it also the main approach to clinical specimen collection.Tibetans patients could not cooperate well with treatment due to the restriction of region,cultural,economy and language.Therefore,the holistic nursing care under the guide of "Tibetans care"model is contribute to prevent the related complication,to ensure the drainage effect,to improve patients’ treatment cooperation and nursing satisfaction,and to promote nurse-patient harmony,which deserves to be spread. |
