| 目的观察青蒿与甲氨蝶呤联合对类风湿性关节炎患者外周血IL-1、IL-10和TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取64例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者口服甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用中药青蒿治疗,12周后比较两组患者治疗前后外周血IL-1、IL-10和TNF-α水平变化。结果治疗12周后,对照组患者总有效率为78.1%,观察组患者总有效率为96.9%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,两组患者血清IL-1水平均较治疗前明显减低,且观察组治疗后IL-1水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-10水平均要高于治疗前,但两组治疗后IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后TNF-α水平较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组患者治疗前后TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青蒿联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎能更好缓解类风湿性关节炎症状,降低患者血清IL-1、TNF-α水平,升高IL-10水平,抑制致炎细胞因子作用,增强抗炎细胞因子效应。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of artemisia annua combined with methotrexate on levels of IL-1,IL-10 and TNF-α in peripheral blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 64 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with methotrexate while the observation group was treated with artemisia annua on the basis of the treatment of control group.Levels of IL-1,IL-10 and TNF-α in peripheral blood of both groups before and after treatment were compared after 12 weeks.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group and observation group were 78. 1% and 96. 9% respectively.And significant difference of the total effective rate was detected in two groups(P<0. 05).After the treatment,the serum IL-1 levels of two groups significantly decreased compared with those before the treatment and the observation group decreased more(P< 0. 05). After the treatment,the serum IL-10 levels of two groups significantly increased compared with those before the treatment,but there was no significant difference between two groups(P> 0. 05). TNF-αlevel of the observation group significantly decreased compared with that before the treatment(P<0. 05) while there was not significant difference in TNF-α levels of control group before and after the treatment(P>0. 05).Conclusion Artemisia annua combined with methotrexate can better relieve symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis,reduce serum IL-1 and TNF-α levels,increase IL-10 levels,inhibit the function of inflammatory cytokines and strengthen the efficacy of anti-inflammatory cytokines. |
