| 目的探讨经前上胸壁切口进行甲状腺良性肿瘤切除的可行性,比较该术式与颈部切口手术的差异。方法2010年11月至2014年8月经前上胸壁切口入路对37例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者进行手术,并与同期经颈部切口患者进行比较。结果 37例患者均痊愈。两种手术入路的疗效、手术耗时、术中失血量、并发症发生情况、术后住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胸壁切口与颈部切口的长度比为1.2∶1。切口美观满意度测评,胸壁切口优于颈部切口。结论在超声刀的辅助下经前上胸壁切口进行甲状腺良性肿瘤切除是可行的,该手术入路能避免颈部切口瘢痕,对提高患者术后的生活质量有着重要意义。 |

| Objective To investigate the feasibility of resection of benign thyroid tumor by anterior upper chest wall incision and to compare the difference between it and the operation by neck incision. Methods 37 patients with benign thyroid tumors were operated through the anterior upper chest wall incision from November 2010 to August 2014 and compared with those who underwent neck incision at the same time. Results All 37 patients recovered.There were no statistically differentin efficacy,the time of operation,the amount of blood loss,the occurrence of complications,and the length of hospital stay of the two surgical approaches(P>0. 05).The length ratio of chest wall incision and neck incision was 1. 2: 1.The aesthetic satisfaction of chest wall incision is better than that of neck incision. Conclusion It is feasible to remove the benign tumor of the thyroid through anteriorupper chest wall incision with the assistance of ultrasonic knife. This surgical approach can avoid the scar in the neck incision,and it is of great significance for improving the quality of life of patients after the operation |
