| 目的探讨究临床治疗双向情感障碍I型患者的过程中,应用丙戊酸钠与齐拉西酮联合治疗的临床效果及其对认知功能的影响,为临床精神类疾病的治疗提供参考。方法随机抽取我院2015年6月至2016年6月期间128例双向情感障碍患者,将其分为试验组和对照组。对试验组患者采用丙戊酸钠与齐拉西酮联合的治疗方案,对对照组患者采用丙戊酸钠与奥氮平联合治疗的方案,观察临床治疗效果。结果试验组患者的各项精神行为症状的改善均明显优于对照组,如敌对猜疑、激越性、缺乏活力、焦虑抑郁等,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。认知功能相关指标改善情况亦显著优于对照组,如数字符号、数字广度、WCST完成分类数等,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗双向情感障碍I型患者的过程中,采用丙戊酸钠与齐拉西酮联合治疗可显著改善患者的各项精神症状,有利于认知功能的恢复。 |

| Effect of Sodium Valproate Combined with Ziprasidone on the Efficacy and Cognitive Function of Patients with Bipolar Disorder |

| Objective To explore the clinical treatment of patients with bipolar I disorder in the process of clinical application effect of sodium valproate and ziprasidone combined treatment and its effect on cognitive function,lay the foundation for the clinical treatment of mental diseases. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from June 2015-2016 year in June 128 cases of patients with bipolar disorder,divided into the experimental group and the control group. The test group were treated with the therapy of ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate and the control group was treated with sodium valproate and olanzapine regimen,then observe the clinical effect of the treatment. Results To different treatment regimens,the patients in the experimental group The behavioral and psychiatric symptoms improved significantly better than the control group,such as hostile,agitation,lack of energy,such as anxiety and depression,significant difference(P< 0. 05). The function indexes related to cognitive improvement was significantly better than the control group,such as digital symbol,digit span,WCST component class number,significant difference(P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with bipolar I disorder in the use of sodium valproate and ziprasidone combined therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of mental patients,is conducive to the recovery of cognitive function. |
