| 目的探讨桡动脉不同穿刺方法的成功率及患者疼痛感比较,为临床选择最佳方法提供参考。方法我院2017年3至4月骨科住院患者180例行整体抽样,按入院先后分成A、B、C三组,每组60例。A组采用改良桡动脉穿刺法,B组采用反向桡动脉穿刺法,C组采用手掌背曲垂直进针法。均对桡动脉进行血气采血,比较其一次穿刺成功率及患者疼痛感受。结果三种桡动脉穿刺方法在采血一次成功率、患者疼痛感觉和穿刺顺利程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良桡动脉穿刺法效果优于反向桡动脉穿刺法和手掌背曲垂直进针法。 |

| Objective To investigate the success rates of different puncture methods of radial artery and compare relative pain of patients,in order to give a reference to clinical selection of the best method. Methods 180 patients admitted to our Orthopedic from March 2017 to April 2017 were randomly sampled and divided into 3 groups( A,B and C) according to their admission order with each group having 30 cases. Group A accepted modified radial artery puncture while group B accepted reverse radial artery puncture while group C accepted vertical insertion of dorsal palm. The blood gas sampling was performed on radial artery and the success rate of disposable puncture and the pain perception of the patients were compared. Results The comparison among the three groups had significant differences in the success rate of disposable blood sampling,pain perception of the patients and smoothness of puncture( P<0. 05). Conclusion modified radial artery puncture has a better effect than reverse radial artery puncture or vertical insertion of dorsal palm |
