| 摘要: |
| 目的探究便携式呼吸机应用于院前急救的价值。方法选取2015年1月到2017年1月在我院接受院前急救的68例患者,将其随机分为试验组(采用多功能便携式呼吸机)和对照组(采用传统人工气囊辅助),每组34例。结果试验组患者抢救成功率(94.12%)高于对照组(70.59%),试验组患者的各项指标(HR、RR、SPO_2、SBP和DBP)均优于对照组,同时,试验组患者满意度高于对照组,两组差异有比较意义(P<0.05)。结论将便携式呼吸机用于院前急救中能够显著提高患者存活率,具有可行性。 |

| Objective To explore the feasibility of applying portable ventilator in pre hospital care.Methods 68 patients who received pre hospital care in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group( using multifunctional portable ventilator) and control group( using traditional artificial gasbag assistance),34 cases in each group.Results The rescue success rate of the experimental group( 94. 12%) was higher than that of the control group( 70. 59%).The indexes of the experimental group( HR,RR,SPO2,SBP and DBP) were better than those of the control group.At the same time,the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant( P<0. 05).Conclusion The use of portable ventilators for pre hospital care can significantly improve the patient survival rate,which is feasible |
