| 摘要: |
| 目的探讨马应龙痔疮膏在失禁性皮炎患者中的护理效果。方法将49例住院期间发生失禁性皮炎的患者随机分为观察组25例和对照组24例,对照组采用艾力克消毒后自然晾干法,观察组给予马应龙痔疮膏涂抹患处,5d后比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率100%,且治愈率高,显著高于对照组总有效率79.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马应龙痔疮膏外用可以显著改善失禁性皮炎的临床症状,有效提高护理质量和患者的生活质量,加快患者康复。 |

| Objective To investigate the nursing effect of Mayingling Hemorrhoids in patients with incontinence dermatitis.Methods 49 cases of patients with incontinence dermatitis during hospitalization were randomly divided into observation group( 25 cases) and control group( 24 cases).The control group received natural air dryafter disinfectionby Eric,while the observation group was given Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment to smear the affected area.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared 5 days later. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,79. 2%( P<0. 05),and the cure rate of the observation group was high. Conclusion The Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment applied externally can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of incontinence dermatitis,effectively improve the quality of nursing care and quality of life of patients,and accelerate rehabilitation of patients. |
