| 目的对桂枝茯苓丸和联合奥硝唑氯化钠注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效和安全性进行探讨,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法选取2014年在我院就诊的慢性盆腔炎患者64例,采用随机数字表法随机分为两组:奥硝唑组和联合用药组,分别进行奥硝唑氯化钠注射液常规治疗以及常规措施联合桂枝茯苓丸。观察两组药物的疗效和不良反应。结果奥硝唑组和联合用药组的有效率分别为78.1%和87.5%,联合用药改善下腹部坠胀疼痛、腰骶部酸痛以及盆腔局部症状的效果均优于奥硝唑组,联合用药组与奥硝唑组比较不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论在常规抗菌药物治疗的基础上联用桂枝茯苓丸,临床疗效和安全性均较好。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency and safety of Guizhi Fuling wan and Ornidazole and Sodium Chloride Injection in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods 64 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory.were randomly divided into Ornidazole group( group A) and Guizhi Fuling wan group( group B).Group A was given routine treament of antibacterials; group B was additionally given Guizhi Fuling wan on basis of group A.Clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between 2 groups.Results The effective rates of group A and group B were 78. 1% and 87. 5%.Guizhi Fuling wan can improve local signs of patients better than antibacterials alone.Conclusion Guizhi Fuling wan combined with routine antibacterial treatment was effective and safe in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory. |
