| 乳腺数字化点压迫放大技术对早期乳腺癌诊断价值研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的探讨数字化点压迫放大技术对早期乳腺癌的的诊断价值,进一步提高该病的影像诊断水平,减少漏诊和误诊。方法回顾性分析96例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的早期乳腺癌的X线片。结果 96例早期乳腺癌的点压迫放大摄片和常规乳腺摄片X线征像比较:微小钙化灶的显示增加17例(=5.869,P<0.05);肿块影显示增加14例(=9.997,P<0.01);结构扭曲的显示增加12例(=3.970,P<0.05);局灶性密度增高影的显示增加11例(=4.310,P<0.05);全部病灶P<0.05,对病灶的显示差异有统计学意义。结论应用数字化点压迫放大摄影技术,能够显著提高早期乳腺癌病灶的显示率,对此病的早期诊断提供较大的支持和帮助,具有重要的诊断价值。 |

| Objective To explore the diagnostic value of digitalized point compression amplification technology for early breast cancer,and to further improve the imaging diagnostic level of this disease,and reduce misdiagnosis as well as missed diagnosis.Methods X-ray films of 96 cases of early breast cancer confirmed by surgery or puncture biopsy pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results As for the X-ray manifestations of point compression amplification photography of 96 cases of early breast cancer,compared with conventional mammography,17 more cases presented micro-calcifications(=5.869,P<0.05),14 more cases showed mass(=9.997,P<0.01),12 more cases showed structural distortion(=3.970,P<0.05)and 11 more cases showed focal increased density(=4.310,P<0.05).As for presentation of all lesions of the two methods,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of digitalized point compression amplification photography can significantly promote the detection rate of early breast cancer lesions,and provide great support and help for the early diagnosis of this disease,which is of important diagnostic value |
