| 目的观察Graves病肝损害患者131I治疗后甲状腺激素水平及肝功能指标的变化。方法符合本研究范围的76例患者应用131I治疗。131I治疗前、治疗后6个月检查患者的甲功FT3、FT4和肝功ALT、AST及TBIL。结果与治疗前相比,131I治疗后6个月,76例患者甲功和肝功均明显降低（P均<0.01）。76例患者中Graves病的治愈率为84.2%（64/76例）;肝损害的治愈率为94.7%（72/76例）。结论 Graves病肝损害患者131I治疗是安全、有效的,尽快治愈Graves病是改善肝功能的关键。 |

| Objective To observe changes of thyroid hormone levels and liver function index after 131I treatment to Graves disease with liver damage.Methods 76 patients conforming to the scope of this study were treated with 131I treatment.Thyroid function including FT3 and FT4 and liver function including ALT,AST and TBIL of patients before 131I treatment and 6 months after treatment were analyzed.Results Compared with before treatment,thyroid function and liver function of 76 cases 6 months after 131I treatment were significantly decreased（ P<0. 01）.The cure rate of 76 cases with Graves disease was 84. 2%（ 64/76 cases）; The cure rate of liver damage was 94. 7%（ 72/76 cases）. Conclusion 131I as treatment of Graves disease with liver damage is safe and effective and to treat Graves disease as soon as possible is the key to the improvement of liver function. |
