| 目的探讨奥氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症患者阳性症状的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析90例有阳性症状精神分裂症患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,研究组45例(口服奥氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片),对照组45例(口服奥氮平联合安慰剂),采用PANSS评定量表对临床疗效进行评定,副反应量表评定不良反应发生率,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗1周后,研究组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组(x~2=7.461,P=0.024),两组患者治疗2周后的临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(x~2=3.889,P=1.143);研究组治疗后1周兴奋、激越症状的控制优于对照组(P<0.05),但治疗后2周,两组无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症伴阳性症状的患者,见效时间短,临床疗效优良,安全性较高,值得在临床上进一步推广。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of olanzapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment of positive symptoms of schizophreniac.Methods The clinical data of 90 schizophreniac with positive symptoms were analyzed retrospectively and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group( n = 45) and control group( n= 45).Patients in the experimental group were treated with oral olanzapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets) while patients in the control group were treated with oral olanzapine combined with placebo.The clinical curative effect and incidence of adverse reaction were assessed by PANSS rating scale and side reaction scale respectively,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results After 1 week of treatment,the clinical curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group( x~2= 7. 461,P = 1. 143) but there was no significant difference between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment( x~2= 3. 889,P = 1. 143). The effect for positive symptoms like excitation and agitation was better in the experimental group 1 week after the treatment( P<0. 05) but there was no significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks after the treatment( P>0. 05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the adverse reactions( P> 0. 05). Conclusion Olanzapine combined withmagnesium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment of schizophreniac with positive symptoms has short response time,good clinical curative effect and high safety which is worthy of clinical popularization |
