| 摘要: |
| 目的探讨膝关节镜术联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法选取2014年1月至12月确诊为"膝关节骨关节炎"患者67例,随机分为两组试验组(32例)行关节镜手术联合口服盐酸葡萄糖治疗,对照组(35例)行关节镜手术治疗。采用VAS疼痛量化评分及膝关节活动范围对两组患者治疗前后,两组治疗后的疗效进行比较分析。结果两组患者治疗前后的VSA疼痛量化评分及膝关节活动范围比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VSA疼痛量化评分及膝关节活动范围比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜手术联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗KOA具有良好近期疗效,优于单用关节镜手术治疗者。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of knee arthroscopic surgery combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis( KOA).Methods From January 2014 to December2014,67 patients diagnosed as KOA were randomly divided into two groups.32 patients in the experimental group were treated with arthroscopy combined with oral glucose hydrochloride,and 35 patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopy.The quantitative score of VSA pain and the range of knee joint motion were used to compare the curative effect between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The quantitative score of VSA pain and the range of knee joint motion were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment( P<0. 05); The quantitative score of VSA pain and the range of knee joint motion were significantly different between the two groups after treatment( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery combined with oral glucosamine hydrochloride has a good short-term effect in the treatment of KOA,which is superior to arthroscopic surgery alone |
