| 目的探讨胎盘绒毛膜血管瘤病(Chorangiomatosis,CM)的临床病理特征、相关妊娠期及围生儿合并症、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对9例胎盘CM的临床及病理资料进行回顾性研究,并对围生儿情况进行1年随访。结果 9例胎盘CM中,2例为弥漫性CM,7例为局限性CM;9例CM均伴有妊娠期合并症,包括先兆子痫、胎膜早破、胎盘早剥及妊娠期糖尿病等;9例新生儿产后1年均存活,包括双胎2例,早产儿5例,宫内发育迟缓(Intrauterine Growth Retardation,IUGR)2例及肥厚性心肌病1例。结论胎盘CM是一类较为罕见的胎盘绒毛血管疾病,目前主要依赖产后胎盘病理诊断,尤其需要与胎盘绒毛膜血管瘤(Chorangioma,CA)和胎盘绒毛膜血管病(Chorangiosis,CH)进行鉴别;胎盘CM与多种妊娠期及新生儿并发症相关,需引起重视。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features,associated complications of pregnancy and perinatal infants,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of placental chorioangiomatosis( CM).Methods The clinical and pathological data of 9 cases of placental CM were retrospectively studied,and the perinatal condition was followed up for 1 year. Results In 9 cases of placental CM,2 cases were diffuse CM and 7 cases were localized CM; 9 cases of CM were associated with complications of pregnancy,including preeclampsia,premature rupture of membranes,placental abruption and gestational diabetes mellitus; 9 cases of newborns survived 1 year after postpartum,including 2 cases of twins,5 cases of premature infants,and 2 cases of Intrauterine Growth Retardation( IUGR) and 1 case of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Conclusion Placental CM is a rare type of placental chorionic vascular disease.At present,it mainly relies on postpartum placental pathological diagnosis,especially differentiated from placental Chorangioma( CA) and placental Chorangiosis( CH); Placental CM is associated with multiple pregnancy and neonatal complications,which needs attention |
