| 目的对比输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜碎石术治疗肾结石的疗效。方法选取我院2011年7月至2017年6月收治的190例肾结石患者为研究对象,随机分为输尿管软镜组与PCNL组,每组95例。记录并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间和结石清除率。结果 190例肾结石患者手术均顺利完成。输尿管软镜组术中出血量、术后住院时间明显少于经皮肾镜组(P<0.05)。当结石≤20mm时,两组结石清除率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术时间短于经皮肾镜组(P<0.05);当结石>20mm时,软镜组结石清除率低于经皮肾镜组,手术时间长于经皮肾镜组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜碎石术是治疗≤20mm肾结石的有效治疗方式,肾结石>20mm的患者适合选用经皮肾镜碎石术。 |

| Objective To compare the effect of soft ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods From July 2011 to June 2017,190 patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into soft ureteroscopy group and PCNL group,95 cases in each group. The operative time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospitalization time and stone clearance rate were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The operation of 190 patients with renal calculi were all completed successfully.The amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospital stay in the soft ureteroscopy group was significantly less than that in the percutaneous nephroscope group( P<0. 05).When renal calculi were ≤ 20 mm,there was no significant difference in stone clearance rate between the two groups( P > 0. 05),and the operative time of soft ureteroscopy group was shorter than that of percutaneous nephroscopy group( P < 0. 05); When renal calculi were>20 mm,the removal rate of calculi in the soft ureteroscopy group was lower than that of the percutaneous nephrolithotomy group,and the operation time was longer than that of the percutaneous nephrolithotomy group( P<0. 05).Conclusion Soft ureteroscopic lithotripsy is an effective treatment for renal calculi ≤ 20 mm,while percutaneous nephrolithotripsy is suitable for patients with renal calculi>20 mm |
