| 目的探讨替吉奥与奥沙利铂新辅助化疗在胃癌治疗中的临床效果,并评价安全性。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年6月期间收治的85例胃癌患者,其中奥沙利铂、替吉奥治疗的45例患者为试验组,奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶及亚叶酸钙化疗的40例患者为对照组。比较两组患者临床效果及安全性情况。结果试验组患者的临床有效率(86.67%,39/45)显著优于对照组(55.0%,22/40);差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应(骨髓抑制、消化道反应和肝肾损伤等)发生率与对照组差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床应用替吉奥与奥沙利铂新辅助化疗治疗胃癌患者,提高了治疗效果,且安全可靠。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with tegaserod and oxaliplatin in the treatment of gastric cancer,evaluate its safety.Methods 85 gastric cancer patients were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016.Among them,oxaliplatin and ticagrelor were used in 45 cases in the test group.Oxaliplatin,5-fluorouracil and leucovorin were used in 40 cases in the control group.The clinical effects and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of test group( 86. 67%,39/45) was significantly better than that in the control group( 55. 0%,22/40).The difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions( such as bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction,liver and kidney injury) in the test group was not significantly different from that in the control group( P>0. 05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy with tegaserod and oxaliplatin in the treatment of gastric cancer,improve the treatment effect,and safe and reliable |
