| 目的探讨清胰汤联合西医疗法对急性胰腺炎并发麻痹性肠梗阻的治疗价值。方法 94例急性胰腺炎并发麻痹性肠梗阻患者被随机分为观察组(47例)和对照组(47例)。对照组常规西医内科治疗;观察组除此之外再加用清胰汤管喂治疗,至患者肛门排气排便后停止使用。比较两组首次排便、排气时间,住院时间,有效率等。结果观察组患者首次排便排气时间、住院时间、开放饮食时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的和对照组的总有效率分别为97.87%、85.11%,观察组显著高于对照组;而治疗后观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清胰汤联合西医治疗可缩短胰腺炎合并麻痹性肠梗阻病程,减少住院时间和并发症的发生率,提高治疗有效率。 |

| Objective To explore the therapeutic value of Qingyi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis complicated with paralytic intestinal obstruction.Methods 94 patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with paralytic intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into the observation group( 47 cases) and the control group( 47 cases).The control group received routine western medicine treatment; On this basis,the observation group was treated with Qingyi decoction through jejunal nutrition tube,which was not stopped until anal exhaust and defecation.The first defecation,exhaust time,hospital stay and effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first defecation and exhaust,hospitalization and open diet in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05); The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97. 87 and 85. 11 respectively,which were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group; And after treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0. 05).Conclusion Qingyi decoction combined with western medicine can shorten the course of pancreatitis with paralytic intestinal obstruction,reduce the hospital stay and the incidence of complications,and improve the effective rate of treatment |
