| 目的调查社区医护人员睡眠质量及工作压力情况,了解其相关性,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样法,对四川省21个社区卫生服务中心的250名医护人员,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表和医务人员工作压力评定量表进行睡眠质量和工作压力调查。结果对社区护士压力与睡眠情况的相关性分析,数据显示护士的睡眠质量与压力呈正相关,压力越大,睡眠质量越差。主要表现为睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍和睡眠质量总分与工作压力具有相关性(P<0.05)。对不同睡眠质量的社区护士比较其压力得分情况,我们发现睡眠质量正常(PSQI<8分)的护士与睡眠质量差(PSQI≥8分)的护士相比较,后者的压力得分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对睡眠质量的单因素、多因素logistics回归分析中,我们发现工作性质和压力总分是影响睡眠质量的重要因素,倒班的医护人员较白班者睡眠差,同时压力越大的医护人员,其睡眠质量就越差(P<0.05)。结论管理者应重视社区医护人员睡眠质量及工作压力,制定相应的措施,改善其睡眠质量及缓解其工作压力。 |

| Correlation Analysis between Sleep Quality and Work Stress of Community Health Care Workers |

| Objective To investigate the sleep quality and work stress of community health care workers and find out the correlation between the two to provide basis for making intervention measures.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to extract 250 medical staff in 21 community health service centers in Sichuan province and sleep quality as well as work stress were determined by Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale and Medical staff work stress scale,respectively. Results Correlation analysis between work stress and sleep quality of community nurses showed that there was a positive correlation between the two,that is,poorer sleep quality with higher stress,mainly presenting a correlation between work stress and sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,daytime dysfunction or total score of sleep quality( P<0. 05).The stress scores of community nurses with different sleep quality were compared. We found that the nurses with poor sleep quality( PSQI ≥ 8) had higher scores of stress than those with normal sleep quality( PSQI<8),the difference being statistically significant( P<0. 05).In the single factor and multiple factors logistic regression analysis of sleep quality,we found that work characteristics and total score of work stress were important factors influencing sleep quality.The night shift nurses had poorer sleep than day shift nurses,and simultaneously,the more stress the medical staff suffered,the worse their sleep quality became( P<0. 05).Conclusion Managers should pay attention to the sleep quality and work stress of community health care workers,and corresponding measures should be developed to improve their sleep quality and relieve their work stress |
