| 目的探讨雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊对老年性阴道炎患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法 2014年6月至2016年11月在我院接受诊治的老年性阴道炎患者105例,随机数字表法分为单纯乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的A组和雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的B组,A组52例,B组53例。比较两组临床有效性及安全性。结果在临床症状和p H值改善方面,行雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的B组均明显优于A组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对于老年性阴道炎患者,雌激素联合乳酸菌胶囊阴道内局部用药能有效改善患者临床症状,不良反应小,值得推广。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of estrogen combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsule in elderly patients with senile vaginitis.Methods From June 2014 to November 2016,105 patients with senile vaginitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups: group A( treated by lactobacillus vaginalis capsule only) and group B( treated with estrogen combined with lactobacillus vaginalis capsule),52 cases in group A and 53 cases in group B.Analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with senile vaginitis.Results In the aspect of clinical symptom and PH value improvement,the treatment of estrogen combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsule in group B was significantly better than that in group A( P<0. 05). Conclusion For patients with senile vaginitis,estrogen combined with topical vaginal lactobacillus capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms with small adverse reaction,which is worthy of promotion |
