| 目的评价臭氧化生理盐水膀胱腔内灌注治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床价值。方法 80例膀Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者,征得患者书面同意后,随机分为两组。对照组给予口服坦索罗辛缓释胶囊及生物反馈治疗,臭氧治疗组在口服坦索罗辛缓释胶囊及生物反馈治疗作为基础治疗,同时行臭氧化生理盐水膀胱腔内灌注治疗。在治疗前、治疗后分别评估患者NIH-CPPS评分,检测患者血浆P物质和IL-6的变化情况,评估患者的不良反应。结果臭氧治疗组NIH-CPSI评分、疼痛评分和排尿症状评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗前P物质和IL-6差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后均下降,臭氧治疗组下降水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。未见明显不良反应。结论臭氧化生理盐水膀胱腔内灌注治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征有效,不良反应少,治疗能降低患者血清P物质和IL-6的水平。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical value of intravesical infusion of ozonated saline in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods After receiving the written consent of the patients,80 patients with type III prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given oral tansulosin sustained-release capsule and biofeedback therapy. On this basis,the ozonization group was treated with intravesical instillation of ozonization saline at the same time. Before and after treatment,the patients’ NIH-CPPS score were evaluated,plasma substance P and IL-6 were measured,and the adverse reactions were evaluated.Results The improvement of NIH-CPSI score,pain score and urination symptom score in the ozone treatment group were better than that in the control group( P<0. 05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in substance P and IL-6 between the two groups( P>0. 05); after treatment,both of them decreased,and the level of decrease in ozone treatment group was better than that in control group( P<0. 05). No obvious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Intravesical infusion of ozonated physiological saline in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome was effective,with less adverse reactions,which decreased the levels of substance P and IL-6 in serum of the patients |
