| 目的分析子宫内膜癌病理特点,提高临床诊疗水平。方法选取2007年8月至2017年8月我院病理科的子宫内膜刮宫活检标本158例,采取HE染色联合免疫组化染色分析病理特点。结果 158例刮宫活检标本中有136例为子宫内膜样腺癌,11例为浆液性癌,另有10例透明细胞癌,1例癌肉瘤。子宫内膜样腺癌病理特点主要是子宫内膜腺体极性丧失,细胞核变化显著,核仁突出,内部染色质明显变粗,也有部分呈现为空泡状;间质被肉芽组织或是新生的纤维组织取代。结论子宫内膜样腺癌是女性最为常见的子宫内膜癌,诊断时应注意各类子宫内膜癌的区分及子宫内膜增生的鉴别。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To analyze the pathological features of endometrial cancer and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.Methods 158 cases of endometrial curettage biopsy specimens from August 2007 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected for HE staining and immunohistochemistry to analyze the pathological features. Results In the 158 curettage biopsy specimens,136 were endometrioid adenocarcinoma,11 were serous carcinoma,10 were clear cell carcinoma and 1 was carcinosarcoma. Endometrioid adenocarcinoma is mainly characterized by the loss of endometrial gland polarity,significant changes in the nucleus,prominent nucleolus,obvious thickening of the internal chromatin,and some appearing as vacuoles,The interstitial is replaced by granulation tissue or new fibrous tissue.Conclusion Endometrioid adenocarcinoma is the most common female endometrial cancer,thus the distinction between various types of endometrial cancer and endometrial hyperplasia should be paid attention |
