| 目的观察自配盐水冲洗液经鼻吸入冲洗在慢性鼻炎急性发作中的治疗效果。方法对入选的113例患者随机分为两组,对照组使用布地奈德喷雾剂并口服抗生素,试验组使用自配盐水冲洗液并口服抗生素,观察两组患者的疗效以及炎症因子的水平。结果 (1)其中共7例因不同原因本次研究将其剔除,对照组4例,试验组3例,试验组治试验组的治愈率为55.6%,好转率为37.0%,无效率为7.4%,总的有效率为92.6%,对照组总有效率为73.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前两组患者在鼻粘膜充血、鼻出血、流涕、嗅觉评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组在鼻塞、鼻甲肿大、鼻出血评分低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗后IL-1β、IL-5、TNF-a炎症因子基本接近(P>0.05),治疗后试验组炎症因子水平低于对照组水平(P<0.05)。结论自配盐水在慢性鼻炎急性发作中可以降低炎症因子,改善患者嗅觉、鼻粘膜充血、鼻出血等症状,效果好,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nasal inhalation flushing in the acute episode of chronic rhinitis.Methods The selected 113 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group used budesonide spray and oral antibiotics,and the experimental group used the mixed salt water rinses and oral antibiotics to observe the curative effect of two groups and the level of inflammatory factors.Results(1)Within a total of 7 people for different reasons to eliminate this study,4 were from the control group and 3 were from the experimental group.the experimental group’s cure rate was 55. 6%,recovery rate was 37. 0%,no efficiency rate was 7. 4% and total effective rate was 92. 6%.The total effective rate of control group was 73. 5%,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05).(2)There was no difference between the treatment of the former two groups of patients in the nasal mucosa congestion,nasal bleeding,runny nose,smell score( P > 0. 05),while the scores of the experimental group after treatment were lower than the control group in nasal congestion,turbinate swelling and nose bleeding( P<0. 05).(3)The inflammatory factors of IL-1,IL-5 and TNF-α in two groups were close to each other before the treatment( P>0. 05),while the level of inflammatory factors in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after the treatment( P<0. 05).Conclusion The mixed brine can reduce the inflammation factor in the acute attack of chronic rhinitis. It can also improve the patients’ smell,nasal mucosal congestion,nasal bleeding and other symptoms.Its effect is good and worthy of clinical promotion |
