| 目的探讨经鼻内镜鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的方法及临床效果。方法采用鼻内镜鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎患者65例(65眼),术后在鼻内镜下行泪道冲洗和鼻腔清理。结果所有病例术后随访6个月,治愈率90.76%,有效率93.84%。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎是一种创伤小、治愈率高、安全不影响容貌。 |

| Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of transnasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 65 cases( 65 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis treated with nasal endoscopic dacryocystostomy were selected.After operation,all patients underwent endoscopic lacrimal passage irrigation and nasal cavity cleaning. Results All cases were followed up for 6 months,the cure rate was 90. 76%,and the effective rate was 93. 84%.Conclusion The treatment of chronic dacryocystitis by transnasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is a kind of surgical method with less trauma and higher cure rate,which is safe and does not affect beauty |
