摘要: |
目的研究EZH2(enhancer of zeste homolog 2)抑制剂GSK343调节巨噬细胞对大肠杆菌吞噬作用的影响。方法将大肠杆菌分为3组,A组为空白组,B组为巨噬细胞组,C组为巨噬细胞+GSK343组,检测巨噬细胞对大肠杆菌的吞噬作用。结果巨噬细胞具有吞噬大肠杆菌的作用,EZH2抑制剂GSK343可以调节巨噬细胞的吞噬作用。结论EZH2抑制剂GSK343在的调节巨噬细胞在免疫,抗炎等方面具有潜在的作用。 |

Objective To study the effect of EZH2(enhancer of zeste homolog 2) inhibitor,GSK343,on phagocytosis of Escherichia coli by macrophages.Methods The Escherichia coli were divided into 3 groups: A group as blank group,B group as macrophage group and the C group as macrophage plus GSK343 group.The phagocytosis of Escherichia coli by macrophages was detected.Results Macrophages have the function of engulfing Escherichia coli,and EZH2 inhibitor GSK343 can regulate phagocytosis by macrophages.Conclusion The EZH2 inhibitor,GSK343,plays a potential role in regulating immunity and anti-inflammatory effect. |
