| 目的研究以鼻内镜手术为主综合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴哮喘疗效及对其肺通气功能的影响。方法 68例慢性鼻窦炎伴哮喘患者按治疗方式分成对照组与观察组(每组34例),对照组采用常规保守治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜手术治疗以及围手术期常规治疗。观察两组患者临床治疗疗效及肺通气功能变化。结果术后第1年及第3年观察组哮喘症状缓解情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1年及第3年观察组VAS评分与鼻内镜L-K评分下降情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第1年及第3年,观察组患者肺通气功能好转情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以鼻内镜为主综合治疗不但能缓解慢性鼻窦炎伴哮喘患儿的慢性鼻窦炎,还能控制哮喘的进一步发展,改善肺通气功能,可在临床上推广使用。 |

| Objective To study the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery-based comprehensive treatment on chronic sinusitisin children with asthma and its effect on pulmonary ventilation function.Methods Sixty-eight patients with chronic sinusitis and asthma were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment(34 cases in each group).The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment.The observation group was treated by endoscopic sinus surgery and perioperative routine treatment.The clinical curative effect and changes of pulmonary ventilation function were observed in both groups.Results The relief of asthma symptoms in the first and third year after surgerywas significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The decline of VAS score and the endoscopic LK score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The patients of observation group with improved pulmonary ventilation function were significantly better than the control group in the first and third year after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery-based comprehensive treatment can not only relieve chronic sinusitis in children with asthma,but also control the further development of asthma and improve pulmonary ventilation function,which can be used in clinical practice. |
