| 目的调查了解内江市公务员对抑郁症相关知识的知晓现状及主要影响因素,为进行相关健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法选取内江市市本级、区、县的公务员,使用抑郁症相关知识知晓问卷和一般资料问卷对其进行调查,结果使用独立样本t检验、方差分析、秩和检验、多元线性回归进行分析。结果共255名人员完成调查,其知晓问卷得分为2.30~4.55分,平均得分为(3.26±0.39)分,主要影响因素是文化程度。结论内江市公务员抑郁症相关知识知晓水平为中等偏上,与文化程度成正相关,从专业医疗获取知识较少且培训需求较高,可让身心医学专业团队对他们进行健康宣教,以增进其心理健康。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the status quo of the knowledge about depression and the main influencing factors among the civil servants in Neijiang,and to provide the theoretical basis for the related health education.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to select civil servants in Neijiang,city,district and county.The questionnaire was used to investigate the depression related knowledge and general information.The results were analyzed by independent sample t test,ANOVA,rank sum test,and multiple linear regression analysis.Results A total of 255 people completed the survey,and the scores of awareness of the questionnaire was 2.30 to 4.55 points,with an average score of(3.26±0.39) points,and the main influencing factor was the level of Education.Conclusion The level of knowledge about depression among civil servants in Neijiang is medium,positively correlated with the degree of culture.And knowledge about depression is less accessible from specialist medical services and requires higher training,so that the physical and mental medicine professional team can give them health education in order to improve their mental health. |
