Abstract: |
Objective To study the effect of re-drink on blood biochemical in dicators of wine dependent patientsand to provide an objective basis for assessing the effect of re-drink on patients’ physical health. Methods The biochemical indicators of167alcohol-dependent patients who met ICD-10 diagnostic criteria were analyzed by Beckman automatic biochemical analyzer. The patients were divided into the first-quit group and the re-drink group according to their first admission and re-admission.Serum electrolytes, serum enzymes and other serum biochemical markers were analyzed in both groups.Results(1) Compared with the first-quit group, the serum potassium decreased in the re-drink group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(2)The serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and glutamyltransferase(GGT) in the re-drink group were significantly higher than those in the first-quit group(P<0.05).(3)The other serum biochemical indexes, uric acid of the re-drink group was higher than that in the first-quit group, and the albumin(ALB) was lower than the first-quit group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The biochemical indicators of alcohol-dependent patients in the re-drink group significantly changed compared with those of the first-quit patients, and the health of the patients was significantly damaged. The harm of repeated drinking and the prevention and control of alcohol dependence should be vigorously promoted as soon as possible. |
