| 目的探讨血小板计数变化在急性肠梗阻中的诊断意义及预后关系。方法回顾分析2005年7月至2014年10月我院306例急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。其中单纯性肠梗阻患者246例,绞窄性肠梗阻患者60例。结果在单纯性肠梗阻中血小板计数升高的有21例,血小板计数正常的有219例,血小板计数降低的有6例;在绞窄性肠梗阻组中血小板计数升高的有39例,血小板计数正常的有12例,血小板计数降低的有9例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肠梗阻患者中,血小板计数的变化能较准确的反映肠梗阻患者疾病的严重程度及预后。 |

| Objective To investigate the significance of platelet count changes in the diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction and its relation to prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 306 cases of acute intestinal obstruction in our hospital from July 2005 to October 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,246 cases of patients with simpleintestinal obstruction,and 60 cases of patients with strangulated intestinal obstruction.Results In patients with simple intestinal obstruction,there were 21 cases of elevated platelet count,219 cases of normal platelet count,and 6 cases of reduced platelet count; While in group of strangulated intestinal obstruction,there were 39 cases of elevated platelet count,12 cases of normal platelet count,and 9 cases of reduced platelet count.Comparison of cases of abnormal platelet count in simple intestinal obstruction group and strangulated intestinal obstruction group: F = 103.48,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion In patients with intestinal obstruction,changes in platelet counts can accurately reflect the severity of the disease and prognosis. |
